The foundation for my perspective of real estate is that I would never sell a home that I wouldn’t buy myself if I was in the client’s same situation. Also, I understand that I am a participant in the financial and emotional future of the client, and I take that responsibility seriously.

When I bought my first home, I had big dreams and an empty wallet. After making unsuccessful offers on nine homes, I was ready to give up. My ever-diligent and tireless agent then said to me, "Michael, I haven’t given up. Why should you?" A decade later, her support, professionalism and perseverance are still an inspiration as I continue to enjoy my first successful investment in Seattle’s Madrona neighborhood. "Thanks Alice."

In addition to representing the client’s best interests, I also participate in making the lives and dreams of other families a reality. A portion of my commission from every purchase and sale is donated to the Windermere Foundation for the betterment of families in our community.
